Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided at checkout. SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS AND CUSTOMS

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Duties, taxes and import fees if applicable may be charged at checkout or by the carrier upon delivery. By placing an order, you authorize the carrier or customs broker to act as your agent for customs clearance and payment of duties or taxes where applicable. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

Products sold by Pawverra are intended for normal household pet use. We do not guarantee prevention of damage, injury or wear caused by pets. Supervision is recommended at all times. We disclaim liability for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or unintended use of the product.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
